Returns and Exchange

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition
Items must be returned in original packaging (including protective plastic)
No marks, stains, smells or damage

Items must be returned:
In the same condition they were received
Folded and placed back in original packaging

We reserve the right to decline returns if items show any signs of wear or handling. We offer exchange or store credit. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty or you received the wrong product:
Please contact us within 7 days
Include photos and your order number

We will organise a replacement or refund if required.

Return Shipping

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
